Order Cancellations
Canceled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If your order has already shipped, it must be returned under this policy.
Return Instructions
Call 1-800-348-0998 within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Once you receive an RMA, your return must arrive within 2 weeks.
Repack the StreetStrider and all accessories in the original packaging, folded and padded as shipped. (Watch our packing video for guidance.)
Note: Damage during return shipping will result in repair fees.
Write your RMA number clearly on the box and shipping label.
