We want you to love your StreetStrider 3i. That’s why every new unit comes with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return it by following the steps below.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled after placement may incur a 20% restocking fee.
If your order has already shipped, it must be returned under this policy.
How to Start a Return
Call 1-800-348-0998 within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Returns must arrive within 2 weeks of receiving your RMA.
Repack the StreetStrider and all accessories in the original packaging. Items must be folded, padded, and secured exactly as they arrived. (Watch our packing video for guidance.)
Note: Damage during return shipping will result in additional repair fees.
Clearly display the RMA number on the box and shipping label.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt, minus:
Original shipping costs
A 10% restocking fee (plus repair fees if returned damaged)
Any service charges (e.g., White Glove Service)
Refused Deliveries
All orders require a signature. Refusing delivery will be treated as a return under this policy.
Damaged Deliveries
If your StreetStrider arrives damaged from shipping, contact us immediately at support@streetstrider.com or 1-800-348-0998 with photos so we can process your claim.
