We ship by ground using multiple carriers including FedEx and OnTrac.
Orders are shipped out Monday - Friday.
All StreetStrider shipments require a signature upon delivery. Smaller accessories items may not require a signature.
Ground deliveries to Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington are shipped by OnTrac and typically arrive 1–3 days after shipped. Deliveries to all other states typically arrive 7-10 days after shipped.
Orders that include our White Glove Service require additional time for assembly and shipment by FedEx Freight.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require an additional shipping charge. Free shipping promo does not apply to these locations. Call 1-800-348-0998 to get an exact quote.
Additional shipping charges of $50 - $130 may be invoiced to customers for shipping addresses in the following locations: MA zip codes 025xx-026xx, NY zip codes 100xx-119xx, DC zip codes 202xx-205xx, Williston and Minot ND, Midland and Odessa TX, and Navy Pier Chicago IL, and an additional $314 shipping charge for PugetSound WA. If applicable, we will call you to detail the additional charges.
Expedited delivery is available for additional shipping charges.
After an order has been received, the shipping address can be updated as long as the request is received prior to shipment. Any shipping address changes or updates received after the order has been shipped will require additional payment from the customer.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Coupons, rewards, and other special promotions cannot be applied to shipping charges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
