StreetStrider® 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your StreetStrider, simply contact our Customer Service department at (800) 348-0998 within 30 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Refund is less all shipping and handling charges and white glove service fees if selected.

Returns

This policy applies to products purchased directly from StreetStrider International. If you purchased a StreetStrider from a retail store or from any website other than www.StreetStrider.com, please refer to that seller’s return policy.

StreetStrider International accepts returns of merchandise within 30 days of delivery only under the following conditions.

• You must call us at (800) 348-0998 and request an RMA number before shipping the product back to us. Products returned without an RMA number will be considered    unauthorized and will not be refunded or credited. See Unauthorized Returns, below.
• The merchandise must be returned within the 30-day Money Back period specified.
• A 5% restocking fee will be charged.
• Your return must be received no later than two (2) weeks after we have provided your RMA number.
• Products must be returned undamaged in the original packaging. Care must be taken in packing to prevent damage during return shipping.
• Products must be in original condition, with all accessories and materials included.
• Refunds do not include shipping and handling or white glove service fees. An additional fee for repairs will be charged if the StreetStrider and/or product is returned in a    damaged condition.

Unauthorized Returns

StreetStrider International defines an unauthorized return as any merchandise returned to our facilities without a valid and current RMA number issued by StreetStrider. Failure to properly mark packages with a valid RMA number, or allowing an RMA number to expire, will cause StreetStrider International to consider a return unauthorized. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be subject to a refund or credit. The customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any unauthorized return.

Order Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing as soon as you place your order. After placing your order, it may be possible to cancel your order by calling us directly. However, once inventory has been allocated to your order, it cannot be cancelled.

IMPORTANT: Any attempts to cancel your order after inventory has been allocated does not guarantee the order will not be shipped.

If you change your mind about your order or we are unable to stop your order after it has shipped, you must return any unwanted items in accordance with our Return Policy.
